    This is worst server host I have ever used... These guys cant even do an update after 3 days! Never buy server from this company beacause we will loose you money!

    My server had more that 170 people online. After their unprofessionals actions my server is wiped! Nobady wants to play there... THIS IS WASTE OD MONEY!

    Same had around 20 players constantly online, pretty sure my playerbase is lost....

    The installation of our server took one day but it was just after christmas so i can understan that. The server runs stabile and the webinterface is easy to use.

    I want to share my "deinserverhost.de" experience with you:

    = registration =

    all in all super fast. due to the paypal payment everything went through almost instantanous. although the frontend didn't seem very trustworthy. the paypal payment urls were named "test_N.php" and such, everything felt really hacky.

    but still, my server went up very fast. 8/10 for that one.

    = the product itself =

    == game server ==

    *if* it is up, it runs like a charm. but that's probably facepunch who get's the credits for that, not the hoster. still => 8/10 here.

    == management frontend ==

    first of all - you're really lucky if the frontend is up at all. you get things like "too many connections exception" like three times a day. *if* it's up, the frontend is really hard to use and slow. the whole "mod management" part is completely messy. installation and deinstallation works if you are lucky. you always have to perform actions multiple times until they work. 1/10 for that one.

    == ftp ==

    srsly? there's no TLS available, you *have to* use it plaintext. that alone is an absolute knockout. 0/10 here.

    = support =

    the guys from the support don't seem to like human contact very much. must of the responses (even if you engage them with complete proper german sentences) seem that either they don't *want* customers, or aren't able to communicate anyways. most of the time you simply get a short oneliner without any punctuation marks. it feels that there's no time to address individual problems, or indepth knowledge missing, as 75% of answers i've received were massively lacking technical competence. 4/10 for this.

    i've asked "deinserverhost.de" to repay my pre-charged account balance and terminate my account afterwards. hopefully they won't start messing this up, too.

    as of this writing, and since the initial post, the management frontend is *again* completely unreachable.

    as far as i'm concerned, better open up the server files so real engineers can host servers, instead of guys not knowing what they're doing!

    I ordered up a deinserverhost.de server yesterday about 5pm AEST, it was up within 30 seconds thanks to Paypal and auto setup, great! Unfortunately, the web console only shows this:

    I've posted a ticket about it, and have basically been told that "you won't see things like user logins, only the output of commands".. I did go ahead and log in with the Rcon password, and sure enough the output of (for example) status works - but this is pretty useless for developing and testing mods (the whole reason I just bought this server)! Can someone please let me know how to fix this? Whether the answer is to cancel this account, get a refund and move to another host, or to enable some Unity Debug option, or something else entirely... Please let me know, I'm just so frustrated that I've wasted another day on this when the whole reason I paid for a second server was to get mods tested quickly (shorten my development cycle) by having a test server to abuse, without having to worry about messing up my primary server all the time with reboots and broken mods etc. My primary host is Streamline Servers, who are great, but the cheapest they have is 3x what deinserverhost charges, so I can't justify that just for a test server.

    What can I do? I also set up a second deinserverhost account and server, to see if maybe the first setup was broken, but right after install (before any mods even), it's the same issue.
