The one server I'm looking for is the original us central hosted by play rust.EU. but I'm sure there are others as well missing from the list are they gonzo forever or will they be back up in due time?

There has been an update to rust.

The server you are looking for has probably not been updated yet.
The server list only shows servers with compatible/matching versions.

I'm sure they are not 'gonzo' forever.
