I am sorry I might sound a bit newby but i dont know how to make a LAN server for rust.

There is no LAN support at the moment. That's why you can't figure out how. It can't be done yet.

If you want to run a server, you'll need to get a rented server from one of the hosting companies offering Rust servers. There is a separate subforum just for that topic as well.
