your support is offline and my rented server has been down for 24 hours. Is there any way to get in touch with you guys faster or am I SOL until after the Holidays?
Hi ZN2012 - We've had a smaller crew on, I suggest your best path is to contact support directly via our ticket system.
I don't see any network issues from my end so I take it this is resolved?

All delays removed, all new orders return to normal processing time.
Typical FPSPlayers response, hours later - "We see no issues, is it fine now?"
Terrible hosting company, would not buy from.
Sorry for the delay. Holidays and all. I had like a week of no service. Your team closed by ticket because I did not reply for 62 hours*It was Christmas here, I was spending it with family* So I do not know if the issue was ever fixed, when I saw my ticket closed, and after a week of very poor service and issues connecting to my server, I gave up on it. But thank you for the follow up.
you could of took time out to reply. 62hours is enuff time... anyhow ty for great service sean./fpsplayers

Very slow response times. No customer contact outside of tickets. Does not answer the phone. Does not reply to voicemail messages. In retrospect, I should have gone with a better provider...
D+ grade at best.
