As the title says im stuck inside my originally 1 foundation house, now 2 foundation, but I'm walled in without explosives of any kind, what do?
Do I have to wait for it to decay or does it not decay because its part of my house?
Any suggestions as to what I can do besides log out and cry?
My house is on EU sleeper server hosted by playrust at checkpoint in the hills past the loot spawns if anyone is interested in helping me.

not so strange. Now you know that have to prevent that. Easy way is to put a foundations before them and fill it with pillars, middle included.

Not much you can do besides hoping you find enough C4 to blow your way trough. Also in the future make sure your house has more than one entrance.

that really doesnt help either, as one can put down either wood doors or metal doors between the pillars not allowing you to escape... so pillars dont help..

the only thing that I have seen that helps me keep my doors protected is to build on somewhat of a slope not much of a slope but enough..

put down a foundation and see what side cant have another foundation on that side and make that your door side, since they wont be able to put down a foundation nor can they put anything else down that isnt indestructible, the only way they will be able to grief your doors is to put down storage box's/ small or large, Barricade's and possible one of those small huts but they decay pretty quickly..

    best of luck man

He means to put down individual unconnected foundations as close to the perimeter of your house and as close to each other as the game lets you without connecting them. That way, there's no way anyone can put down foundations between your house and the barrier foundations, they can't connect the individual foundations themselves, and they'd have to go quite a long ways around the barrier foundations to wall you in.

Then you would be left with a 1 foundation house, which isnt as desirable either, I guess there's nothing to do but hope you dont get assholes who do this while you are building your house

Always build on a slope. Always put your entrance at the highest point facing up the slope, then your door can't be trolled.

    Lesson learnt

Well don't put down your foundations until you have enough for a decent size base and enough for the barrier foundations.

What do you suggest I do while I accumulate enough wood for several foundations?
I can't protect myself in a shelter, and putting a metal door on a shelter is useless. Why is it so illogical to build a foundation with a door?

Try to hide boxes somewhere and pray nobody finds them before you're done? I know, it's a terrible solution but I've found it isn't really worth it to build a 1x1 house in rust. It's not enough space for your stuff and it provides basically no protection anyway, even with a metal door.

Learn to build anti grief. This will be a learning experience for you. When you start your first foundation 1x1 make 2 doorways with metal doors. Have one end of the foundation against a slight hill so that no one is able to build anything in front of that door and then expand your base out the other side. I wont even make a foundation unless I am able to make sure I ALWAYS have a way in and out of my base.

Learn from your mistakes and build smarter, complaining about it on the forums will get you know where. Adapt or get left behind.

Pretty much :D But I was once stuck and took out a ramp they placed infront of my house. And yes you can take down ramps because that's how I got out.

Yah, ramps you can take out as well as barriers and wooden doors, no building materials though, except for sheds.

Speaking of ramps (and stairs I guess) that's a way the OP could have gotten out without suiciding if there was no ceiling on the second foundation and he had the materials to make one of them. Otherwise, yeah there's just suicide.

As for you trying to get the guy to hatchet a wall, that much was obvious and is exactly why I told him not to listen to you...
