Post #81You aren't talking about the argument. You have yet to make a solid argument that is on topic so thats why these posts deserve that rating it my eyes. I am still waiting. But i feel like a good argument will never come at this point.
Yeah, but see, I'm repeating things that the devs have said recently in other (locked) threads on the same topic, so I have a little bit of certainty on how accurate the things I'm saying are.
I never said that nudity would "never" be removed. I said that, so far, garry and co have shown resistance every single time this thread topic has come up. I did not predict the future, I remarked on the inability for people to use search to learn from the recent past.
If Bad Reading were still a rating, I'd spam all your posts in this thread with it the way you've been spamming dumbs on everyone on the other side of the argument from you.

Says you... but for all you know we could be looking at a scenario where such a society has dumped it's dissidents and whatnot in a region deemed unfit for human habitation due to radiation.
As for being naked, who's to say you're not waking up having just been knocked out and robbed in this every man for himself setting?
You assume WAY too much. There are plenty of ways that nudity could be made to make sense when you realize that the actual backstory hasn't even been shared with any of us yet.

3:I, out 100000's of gamers hate the Storymode in the GTA series, I wish they had a option to disable it, just cause I don't like it.

5:It's Facepunche's game, if they want to keep it, it stays. EXAMPLE! You have a male dog and his penis is showing all the time, I ask you to change the dog for a female one. I doubt you would.
6:Just cause you can't see good arguments does not mean they are not there
7: "Obviously it is a valid issue if it comes up this often" Just cause something gets asked for win a large ammount, doesn't mean it should happen

I did not create this thread as a demand. This was simply a feature request. As many have said, this is absolutely the dev's game. They can make it however they want. This forum is for feedback, this was mine.

Don't take me wrong. But this is kindof useless. There have been 10's of theese posts already, they won't change it. That is said. And as they once said on twitter "The game is more for the players, not by the players"
And the majority seems to like the concept of complete nudity

None of those were "Awesome" or "Amazing" which did show how much of a "Genious" you are. These are all assumptions. Questioning the logic isnt stupid, the game needs to be consistent. What does GTA have to do with anything? There are many threads on the topic, showing that people want change, and those are just the people who decide to speak up. Also, you are not in a position to tell me how Facepunch runs. You have said things that extremely ignorant. Saying "omg so immature people cant handle dickz" is ignorant. There are more reasons behind than that, and a lack of reasons to keep it in the game.
ALSO, I really want to know why you value nudity so much? Still waiting on an answer. I'm honestly wasting my time on you if you continue to run off topic. I am waiting on a rebuttal.

My GOD, is it really that hard to understand why the devs like to keep the nudity in the game?
There's an atmosphere they're trying to create with this game. By dying, you lose EVERYTHING you gained, stripped of all your equipment and defenses - straight down to your clothing. You start off naked to make you feel vulnerable to your surroundings. Do you want to spend your playtime permanently running around naked in an environment filled with zombies and raiders while you try to fend your life? Hell no! The POINT is for you to hate your own nakedness, your own vulnerability, and to do something about it. Granted, you'll still feel vulnerable by wearing torn rags as many suggested, but Garry really took this a step further by putting everyone in the spot they hate the most - being completely and utterly naked. Just like how some musicians take an extra step to get their work noticed by doing crazy things, Garry took vulnerability an extra step to make this game feel that much more engaging.
By dying in the game, you put yourself in the same spot as you started with, naked. And, again, you'll do everything you can to get out of your own skin and to toss on some clothing. That's the point of this. It's not even a matter of seeing dicks or not. And, frankly, if seeing dicks is an issue, I'm afraid mature games isn't meant for you - more and more games nowadays have dicks in them (look at Dante's Inferno, we literally saw a HUGE monster dick as we fought Satan).

4. When you quoted me, i was pointing out the fact that you talking about gta was irrelevant. Also, if you want nudity to not be removed, there should be a reason behind it. Which i have not seen from you.
5. Less than half of those people still play, and less than have of those people have a forum account, and less than half of those people use it daily, so the fact that we have had more than 10 posts talking about it does in fact says something.
6. When have i ever questioned your personality?
Still waiting on a reason why it should remain in the game.

This i getting repetitious, the conclusions so far are. Devs game, they stay, they stay. They don't, they don't. Some people want dicks, others don't. This thread isn't about if you are mature enough to see a dick or not. But we have missed the fact that these are suggestions, we leave feedback. Discussions = Yes. All out internet war = Bad. We keep going in a circle.

How about we just stop it and accept that nudity will stay in game after all, it's not like by arguing here "I will get to keep nudity" or "You will get to remove it"
The dev's have said that they will keep it and I guess that is a final.

If you seriously have that little loyalty to anyone, I feel bad for you and anyone you care about. I could honestly care less that you unsubscribed to me, no matter how small my channel is. This is a simple argument. You guys are complaining that it isn't needed to have nudity, yet there doesn't need to be a reason.

Let me help this along..
Nudity represents a few things;
1.) It represents freedom.. The fact the devs have said you're free to do whatever you want in the game is very reason the game thrives. They want implement game mechanics to assist your game not to restrict it.
2.) I believe it adds humour to the game. Allows people to laugh at irregular things. This is shattered by individuals that choose to treat this game like it was their neighbourhood.
3.) It is abnormal, and for that reason stands out and sends a middle finger to society. It shows that the Devs are making it their own game. They're not afraid to venture out of normality and that gives me hope that will also try a lot of new things that indie and triple A titled games are afraid to do.
As for your children watching.. that's your issue. Which good news for you.. you can control and police that issue all you like.

2.Its a survival game. It was never intended to be funnny.

So why should they make a new character model or modify it just because a small minority of people think it isn't improving the game? I don't think it's making the game worse, so why should they change something that isn't broken nor a problem?
