So I just seen the newest update on the first page, and I am quite happy. I cannot wait for it to be switched over to steam this week, I hope it really improves my FPS.

And thank god hackers and cheaters and exploiters finally going to get banned.

It's gonna be so nice now to be able to wake up and see all your metal doors and walls on yet still have all your items in your chest.

Also being able to craft stuff in your house without a modder no clipping into your house... No clipping, No more.

If he hacks, he's too young to have a 4 digit. I have a 6 digit ID and I hit my 10 year steam membership in September.

All cheaters are in their early teens. Because grown men don't get enjoyment out of that type of thing.

Ty for correcting my mistake I felt rather stupid and didn't go back and edit till now didn't even scroll down and see your correction to my post in my haste to get info out there for people with fps problems, so much smoother using Waterfox compared to before, still fps drops in certain places obviously and as I saw someone in another thread point out earlier when facing north.

Sure they will still be there but I expect a decrease in numbers even if, for now, it is only slightly

It was only a matter of time , until the 'hackers' get what they deserved ( to have their Account banned ). I am so looking forward for the Steam Version.

That's the challenge of PC gaming. Whether they're rampant or not is what matters. Every PC gamer knows that every game has hackers. One kid told me that DOTA 2 has no hacks and I laughed at him. There may not be hacks for sale for $10 for DOTA like there are for games like WarZ and BF3, but they exist, Guaranteed.

The amount of hacks in a PC game generally depend on how much of the game is server side.

DOTA2 doesn't have any real hacks because all commands are sent to the server first and the server decides if its a valid move, just like MMO's.

Of course bugs/glitches can still be used if they exist and can be sometimes like hacks.

Hey now, let's wait for it to be on steam before we're at each others throats, You all know it makes no difference now other then to create more negativity in the forums.

Makes sense when you think about it - fog of war is a purely client-side effect.

This is an outrage. I pay for the game and therefore I should have the right to modify it.

I get him to drop it all under the map to add insult to injury when other douches with noclipping friends have them collect items for people with next to nothing or up and coming bases. Sometimes i even get him to put some back into newb houses.

Not all of it is client side.

Yeah it is. Fog of war has to be specifically rendered on the client - therefore the client has complete control over it.
