So, this thread is to provide feedback as well as reporting problems with the servers.

Keep in mind: This is an alpha. Servers WILL crash. Saves WILL be corrupted.

What we've been working on the past days:
- Automatic crash recovery
- DDoS mitigation
- Making EU servers more stable
- Bringing up US servers
- Control Panel

Either it's being attacked, we're working on it or it crashed (and our scripts couldn't recover it)

We don't. We wipe when it's necessary only. If you want to have control over wipes, get a server from www.playrust.eu
For some changes it's absolutely necessary to wipe. So, it's either we wipe or you can't play.

Please report server problems only here. Making Tickets, Live-Chats or PMing us will slow down fixing the servers ;)

Hello! Thank you for looking at this. I don't know if it is me or the servers, but every time I try to load into the game, it downloads everything just fine. Then I get the shadow of the bear in a garage. Is it me? Or is it the servers?

yeah after the patch i cant do anythin i think the devs should worry bout bugs and fixes instead of making a new map in alpha stage cuz it worked fine until they decided to make a new map i hope an admin sees this cuz this is complete shit and they arnt doing a good job at all. oh and i think the game is really good they just need to prioritize what they are doin IN ALPHA

the game basically doesn't popup with every other server it does.

and if i ping the server it responds 41ms

How about you get your own server? I've said it before, all eu servers except the Central Europe one are a Virtualization experiment. It's not stable.

Garry is trying to resolve the issue. Australian servers don't report to the serverlist anymore as well, so you gotta know the URL.

Servers are crashing like every 10-20 minutes, getting bored of it since you cant do anything. It just goes to to the stone shelter with the shadow.

I am pretty sure I'd be aware if servers would be crashing every 20 minutes.

US East has been down for 26 hours, but the server name has no tag on who is actually hosting the server. Do you guys host this or no?

It freezes for every player every 20 minutes or so, its not a crash more a disconnect, not sure if its a game problem or server.

Manage to play on UK English Only for about 10mins then 3 out of 4 of us on TS get disconnected. 1 of us can stay on but the rest get DCed for about another 10 mins - xx hours.... Been like this all day.

Kidding...each night, if server goes down, it takes till next morning till it works....can´t go any further. What kind of service is this? Mo-Fr 10:00 AM- 06:00 PM ?!?!
