Fun fact: Only the clouds, moon and grain/CC are edited in. In order to get the "endless sky" effect, I built my floating house... at a 90 degree angle, so that only the sky and horizon were visible (not the ground)

Would be even more gorgeous if I could see anything. It's so dark, and I really want to see more of the island.

You're right, cooking up a brighter one.

    Edited:

Done. It's subtle, I still want it to be very dark, but hopefully the details are more visible. Works out better for me, I built the house so that it looks right from most angles entirely out of CSS and PHX props.

So beautiful. Love the Joe Hisaishi soundtrack. It's my favorite out of all the Miyazaki movies.

I'm not a big fan of anime, but that guy has some amazingly heartwarming movies.

Also, here's the original image for any of you who want to have your way with it. It's a bit brighter (I always do images on the brighter side, it's easier to turn down the exposure than it is to turn it up).

I spent too much time on this scene to only have one picture with it, decided to take more.

This is absolutely brilliant, perfect even. I'm just wondering how you made the huge resolutions (4K, and 5340P).

For the 4k and 5340p ones, I used the poster command Joazz mentioned. For the 1440p-2000ish ones, especially if they have effects like SSAO and SDOF, I'm using my drivers to force the game to run at a higher resolution.
