Hello Guys,

I just played this awesome Game called "Rust" two days and you know this game has a lot of potencial.
So I decided to create a small easy Application which connects you fast as possible to a server to play, cause I really hate it to go on the Page click Play Game then decide which server and Stuff like that.

I want to introduce what I am going to add in time.

What does the program have:
Server 1click connect (cookies or browser password saving need to be enabled otherwise manuell login)
Auto-Update application !Works now hopefully!
Server-Ping
Autojoin your favorite Server on app start
Select your favorite Server!


I am going to add this:

How many players
some kind a friendlist "Only If there is an non Hack way to acess playerlist from server "


I also noticed that Rust runs better on Firefox so I implement a function where you can select which kind a browser you want to use!

I think this is much more interesting you can now see Ping and if server online and select your favorite Server

So all this does i open the browser for you and go to the rust page? I don't see a reason to download something to replace 3 clicks of a button.

I just want to add I am currently working on more feature like getting Playerlist for a friendlist system :D

OK it's dumb cause you can't acess Playerlist without an illigal acess to the server

I don't get why you all are hating....But I think you should all give him some credit! Sure it might not be needed right now, but still I think its very admirable to see the fan base create these things for a game in Alpha. The team might get really good ideas for this. While it's right now is not really THAT needed...I will however download and use it to support you !

Also could you implant a favorite server system in it? So when I click it it starts ex Eu 3 automatically after three or two seconds if I don't click anything.

I can confirm that it does not work converted with Ubunto , Won't work either with my windows .

The client will most probably be here in the next few weeks, and his program just save 1 click which is nothing, his program is useless. Asking us to give credit to something useless is dumb...

I am a 15 Years old boy and I am learning C# C++ Java and Lua and I don't have enough time because of school :D

And if you think I only use Visual Studio and put some buttons and textboxes in and type some code stolen from google in it then you are wrong.

I don't know if Ubunto really supports .Net Framework 4.0.I also tried it on my laptop(Ubunto) and cloned the project and recoded it, but I still get some errors !?

.Net is a Microsoft technology and is not natively supported in Linux. You need to install Mono, which is a .Net library for Linux, in order to get it to work in Ubuntu.

I like that you put your knowledge of coding to a purpose, instead of being a typical skiddie and DDoS'ing someone for the first time.

However this isn't all too practical because people usually just bookmark the server launch page, however if you somehow managed to use whatever program allows for browsers to be open inside of a window (I forget the name of the damned thing), and allow users to launch and play Rust via a separate window, I can see that going better. Not sure how Rust does authentication other than signing in, but in theory it should work.

This little application is a helluva lot better than any of you neckbeards have been doing to contribute to Rust. Only thing I ever see anybody doing that involves Rust is running around with your flacid penis out while mic spamming the super mario soundtrack and brutally murdering everything in sight with a rock.
