So im playing and i randomly start freezing for 1-3 seconds every so often. But i noticed it happens more when im in radiation zones. Any ideas?

Usually your player will freeze every now and again, mainly due to the fact that it's loading up players houses in the distance.. Especially big complexes cause a great deal of rendering lag..

Ok thanks for the help. But it was not happening before but started happening purely out of thin air?

It started happening because people built more buildings between now and then. It happens to everyone a few days after a wipe/new server.

As Zippo11 Stated, internet has nothing to do with it. I was not desyncing.
