    Hey guys!
I've only played this game for 2 days and I've already been raided 3 times. So I just wanna ask if there is any superior ways to protect my stuff. I ofcourse use metal doors.
    Regards, alba

Double doors, saving your stuff in like your 2-3 floor, all of course saved with metal doors... NOBODY who goes raiding takes more than 4 charges with him

You should try Building your base in such a way that it will be hard for raiders to raid you, look at some defensive structures and try teaming up with the people in your area or the people who have the same problem as you.

Thank you Fakros, second question. How long does it take before I can put up a new door when the old one broke? there is some kind of delay.

•Don't let anyone follow you back to your house.
•Don't smelt/cook at night. A fire in your house is a smoke signal to raiders.
•Put loot on the 2nd or third floor. No matter how many doors you have on the first floor, raiders can blow your loot room wall with 2-8 C4
•Put a lot of empty large storage boxes in separate rooms so it looks like you were raided/have nothing or they waste C4 getting in to those rooms only to find nothing.
•Place foundations around your building and put a pillar in the middle so noone can easily build stairs or ramps to your roof/other floors.
    •Avoid placing windows
•Don't use wooden doors. Although it makes it harder to find your outside door, wood ANYTHING can be destroyed with a pickaxe and time.

Will edit when I think of more tips.

None of this addresses the large box glitch when we place one and transport through your wall or ceiling. But yes, if that glitch were fixed, then these would be reasonable suggestions.

It was fixed... you start in crouching position when logging in.

All good points, but the "ring of foundations" one needs some explaining. All this provides is protection for your outer walls up to the point you have the pillars on the foundations. People can build up and over them, so if you can get in your base via the roof, or you only have a single pillar on the outer foundation but your base is 4 storeys high, its provided you no protection at all.

    To add to the above:
•It should be equally as difficult to get in to your base wether you approach it from your front door, an outer wall, or the roof.
•Avoid the temptation to have a roof entry.
•If your base has a weakness, it will be abused.
•Have a buffer between your outer walls and inner contents - you don't want raiders looking through your outer walls, working out where your loot is, and simply blowing through to that room.
•Give yourself fallback positions so that if raiders do get in, they're effectively trapped in a buffer while they blast in further, and you have a chance to spawn somewhere and take them out like sitting ducks - ie. have them be exposed to you from above.

-Put your loot on the middle floor, the raiders should have to use as much C4 from the top as from the bottom.
-Plant a metal door to access each floor and more.
-Make it where they can't grief you permanently, put doorways everywhere you can, because if they can't get to your loot they will grief you by putting walls inside your house so you can't get in or out. Put metal doors in those doorways too.
-Make a maze in your home... Put doorways with metal doors in useless places, they will blow up the wrong door(s) and waste 2 C4 each time they screw up.
-Have a friend(s) live near you. When you hear C4 blasting have them come help.
-kill the people the second you hear the first C4 blast. You might get some C4 off them like I did yesterday. I got 4 C4 before they even planted one, and an M4 and Full Kevlar. K4R clan sucks. lol
Those are all the things I do that haven't been mentioned.

PS: I dont think burning a fire at night is bad unless you have a super tiny house. Most raiders do offline raiding.... Because they are bad.
