$500 starting price means that the 'sweet-spot' of $30 will fall at a slightly more accessible time - 22:34 GMT or 17:34 eastern.

Long-time listener, first time poster. I've been checking the auction & forums occasionally and even as an outsider, it's entertaining. The fluctuation is causing as much, if not more, excitement than the game.

With hourly auctions, a fun feature would be to send me an email alert when price drops below a certain level. People would drop bricks if they set $20 and checking email at night see several hours that it reached their level.
