Yes its supposed to be that blurry.
I wanted to make it as if the guy on the right was Slendys main "target" so his his vision would be a bit blurry and his head would hurt.
Anything I should improve on this? I got it saved in Garrysmod.

Nice idea! I didn't notice the Slenderman until I read "Slendy" haha. Maybe have him stand a bit closer or blur him a tad less, hard to make out at first glance. Also, if you want to make the guy on the right look like he's in pain, maybe close his eyes. That way he looks like he's hearing that ringing sound. Just my opinion!
