Well, first I'm going to go find some wood and go as far out as I can away from everyone else and get cloth etc, get all the stuff I need to get started, then Ill probably start looking for other plays and seeing what 'damage' I can do, not in a noob way, in a I want to survive, give me your shit kind of way.

I got into Rust and the first thing I did was murder a bunch of people with my axe, found a shotgun, killed each person I saw until I ran out of shotgun ammo, ran into a radiation zone, died and never played Rust again.

Go kill someone with a gun. I've seen too many videos, and not many impressed my with their accuracy with an M4 or M9. I have high hopes in my skills, to pwn many scrubs.

You won't be impressed by your aim either, it's really hard to shoot in this game... don't make comments on other people's actions if you didn't perform them yourself.

Man I hope I get back home so I can play Rust, I'm on vacation and I will be for such a long time. Got some spare keys I'm going to give to my friends. First thing I would do is search for blueprints.

Sence most of you don't have the ALPHA, you're probally just going to join in on the game when it's finnished. And THAT will be a completely diffrent experience.

I already got two keys from somebody yesterday, but the first thing I did was, get some wood, run into a high radiation zone, built a house just outside it. and I need someone to give the key too to play with xD

well any game i start playing i try to get in touch with other people and play with them
same as happened with MC after MP was out...
i just love these kind of games, and the fact that it has a minecraft thingy in it... GAWD.
lets hope it comes out soon, or more keys will be given away...

I currently don't work because of an injury. So I'd play every single day and try to explore everything. I'd probably also try to see if I can help the developers with whatever I could to try and get this game debugged and up to an open beta phase so I could get everyone I know to start playing and do huge base raids

Recounting my experience:
1.) Meet some people at night after killing a zombie in a half-made house with nothing but a campfire
2.) Get shot by one of them after about five minutes of standing around
3.) Respawn
4.) Get KOS'd while typing
5.) Leave because it was 3 AM in the morning.

I can never get past the connecting screen, so I've no clue what I'd do.

Well i am very exited about this game thinks its very good and ill be livestreaming alot with it when its out but i hope its not to expensive and that theres gonna be at least 20 servers so you dont spawn die. Ive seen some gameplays and all you need for this game is a good start. I know others feel the same way.

You're going to be able to make your own servers, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I would collect each weapon and get used to them, build a small shelter, and collect resources and defend my shelter to the death. After I feel confident my shelter can stand at least an hour with me away, I would go raid starting from about 10 minutes walk away from my house and moving outward from there.

I wouldn't be so set on whatever plans you have for when you immediately start playing. You're pretty much required to rush rad-zones for all/90% of the blueprints else you get raided by people with M4s while they stay out of the range of your MP5.
