And it said click the ''Buy Upgrades'' button and you can purchase it there. However it isn't there. And the moderators post was 6 days ago. Have they removed it ''for now'' or for good?

It is currently unavailable, probably because people think that they will 100% get a key if they purchase a gold membership.
