Is scheduled to have open-beta? And how is working the distribution of keys?

Its Pre-Alpha so Im guessing their is little to no information on any open beta and from looks of it, Alpha keys are very random and very rare.

Actually there is only 2 ways to get a key (That I know about)
1: Be a Gold Member on the Forums (Currently Unavailable I believe)
2: PsiSyndicate is doing raffles/giveaways of keys.

Open beta is not scheduled yet, (read sticky) and the distribution is by Drawing on the forum post, going to Gold Member Forums, and giveaways.
