So yesterday I posted a thread how I was having an issue on my lap top when I was on rust I could not see the options crafting or any text for that matter. So I got onto my desktop and I saw everything I was not seeing on my laptop. Also some people on lap tops were posting on my thread they had the same issue. I would just like to point that out maybe rust just does not fully support laptops at this moment. :<

My laptop is having an issue of where anytime I attempt to launch the game, the Unity Web Player will crash.

    I end up here: http://www.mythicservers.com/custom/...akes/193yY.png

Everytime it will finish at 100% before Unity crashes and shows this:

If you host images using imgur, you can make them show up in forum posts.

I use a custom screenshot script that will upload them directly to a web server. Makes sharing screenshots much easier.

Is it really that much of a pain to click on a single link? If so.. I'll just make sure I put the images directly onto the post from now on.

My laptop is good for what it's used for. Maybe Unity should allow for Integrated GPUs, then I wouldn't be having this problem.

You know what an image host is, right? It's just another website that hosts images. Any online website/server can act as a file host for any file type, including images.

Do be a sir then and buy us some.

In the meantime, it is Rust which cannot support Integrated right now, because any other Unity app I run just fine on the same laptop.

Can a moderator please close this thread? I'm NOT going to sell or give away my key just because I can't play it right now.. You guys ever think that I'm upgrading my PC?

Plus, Garry doesn't allow for account trading or anything so I'm not going to do that.

    :l

its the other way around. Integrated graphics chipsets dont support the graphics funtions unity uses, Not unity disables it on integrated cards.

Integrated cards dont support many complex functions.

Thank you! Finally someone gave me a legitimate, real answer. I appreciate everyone else's answers but no one really got down to why exactly this wasn't working for me. Just saying, "Unity doesn't support Integrated" doesn't really help me solve anything..

Uhh, I've been playing Rust on Intel integrated graphics on an old XP system fine (albeit with a lower FPS). Your computer must really suck.

Definitely the GPU. Integrated cards are worthless and shouldn't be used for more than everyday computer tasks and videos etc. Never use them for gaming unless it's a really old game. Laptops are generally harder to upgrade but it can be done, maybe talk to any local PC repair shops as they may be able to upgrade it.
