Yes, and you can lower the graphics if necessary.

For now yes but expect the aesthetics to improve over time so no guarentees those specs will hold up in the end. (P.S. integrated GPU's are shit get a better card)

I'm working on upgrading, but for now, I have to stick to this pc for around months, mayb years since ps4 ;-;

Maybe around 10-15 on the very lowest graphics.. my friends got a GT420 and a amd quad core 3.0 Ghz setup and he gets 20 fps on very lowest..
