I have this suggestion that I've been forgetting to suggest.

It's basically, that either you can choose batches when crafting (5, 10, 100) or you could type in how much you would want to craft. This makes it much easier to craft things without wearing down and eventually breaking your mouse.

Please do this, clicking 250 times to create a stack of gunpowder is a bone-breaking experience.

I used an autoclicker in order to craft 2200x 9mm bullets once, back when you could duplicate metal fragments.
