When you first spawn your not gonna know where your at at all! Unfortunately there are no maps, or compasses. To get used to the map you will have to do that all on your own. Once you die and respawn so much you'll begin to know where to go for good loot.

First thing to do is to gather supplies. I usually being doing this by getting Minerals. These are the Mineral rocks.
