It's always been like that on Facepuch, get used to it. It's not going to change because a guy who only just joined said it's mean to ban for those 'silly reasons'.

It worked for Garry's Mod, and look how that turned out, the forum is a (somewhat) nice place to be, and Garry's Mod is very popular.

Also just a heads up, moaning about silly ban reasons in this sub-forum has been bannable before, there's a thread in this page that was a little more forward with the problem and the guy got banned.

yeah but this is a better game, if he wants to grow and become a game developer not a modder, the correct way, he needs to get on better with his fanbase and probably move out of here if he has no control. It seems a little daft to me to try and make proper game and not have any ethics towards his fanbase

Well seeing as he's only providing the servers and not actually doing any of the development on it your statement is wrong. No-one wants idiots on the forum who keep asking the same question, and I like seeing them banned so that they don't shit up more threads.

In vain hope that maybe one day you'll come back and see why "x" was a dumb post. (Can't do that if they delete the post!) Possibly learn from the experience instead of repeating it.
Maids clean up your mistakes, moderators tell you what you did wrong and expect you not to do it again. Bans are warnings, not punishments.
He's funding everything and is the creative lead. I also doubt that he hasn't done at least a little bit of coding.
