The idea is good, but I doubt this will work out very well.

It'll work, people just need to join. It works very well for DayZ, I don't see a reason why it wouldn't work here, so long as people are active. The problem is, people join, realize there's only 3-4 people and then leave. But with that mindset it'll never expand...
