I could care less about what you think of me.
Knowing I make people want to play this game, and make it a better game for people, is infinitely more rewarding than chasing away newer players primarily because they are scared of shitheads like you.

It's carebears like you that will make this game epic for guys like me
Carebears.
Ok.
And go play DayZ and camp the big cities, that play style is right up your alley.
meh....rust is a million times better than dayz imo
Rust sounds better than DayZ
Both of your guys groups make the game worth playing believe it or not, we need this kind of rivalry and conflict to strive to do better than each other. Both the village and the Jesters are great examples of people banding together to truly achieve greatness within rust.
Good job to both of you! <3
I don't get what you mean. It just sounds a bit odd.
Hello Jesters! I wanted to say something to you on teamspeak yesterday but since my spoken english is kind of terrible, I'm gonna say it here.
It was so much fun having you as enemies, thanks! and I hope you don't mind the trash talk we had, It's part of the fun :p People complaining about raids and unfriendliness need to understand that this is a post-apocalyptic setup, When you don't apply the ethics of the real cosy world to It, the level of immersion you achieve is unparalleled to any other videogame out there, and the feeling is amazing. I love the idea of freedom the devs are giving to us and I'm trying to use it to the fullest.
Try to get into character. You just woke up in the middle of nowhere, a world you're not familiar with, there's zombies around you, It's dark and cold, what do you do? light a flare, jump up and down, run around looking for other confused and hatchet welding survivors? fuck no! Avoid everyone! Once you've established yourself in a safe place, and basic human needs are no longer a matter of worry, then you can think about how you want to behave in this society-lacking world.
Those of you who think this behaviour of theirs is wrong and ruins the experience for you, try to think of them as a NPC menace, a feature of the game, the Black Smoke Monster of Rust. There's only two things to do in the end-game right now which are building (although with this last patch and the change to how foundations work, It has become much less fun and creative, are you reading this devs? :p) and raiding. Surviving without the menace of a raid Is extremely easy, It's raids that make you put effort into it, you must outsmart and outskill them to survive, which is the source of this amazing feeling the game gives.
If you're still not convinced go read or see some fiction about setups similar to this, The Road comes to mind, The Book of Eli is a decent movie too. Post-apocalyptic worlds are never imagined as friendly places, and this game is a pretty good simulator of it.
You have a point.
It's been a ball. I recall killing you once, five seconds later i'm running away trying to reload while you're swinging a hatchet at me! Fun times. <3
Thank you for confirming that you are hackers.
Edited:
Actually, we all have everything researched so yea, we don't need research kits.
Holy crap dude, you are a Pro.
the videos are bad k
and you are funny
not.
One of the Jesters spot Pat (a rust dev), driving around our base, revving his engine and honking his horn late at night. A heroic jester took the law into his own hands and opened fire on this this despicable and noisy boy racer, killing him outright and promptly pounding his car.
Good job to the stalker for protecting the jester's neighborhood from this late-night hooligan and ensuring that jesters slept in peace.
Unfortunately this peace didn't last long, as pat's car attracted a lot of unwanted attention and the Jesters were forced to defend their homes once again- from peaceful explorers-leading to more shenanigans.
Rust: Escaping, Surviving and Becoming the Hunter.
Do the jesters even have a base
I hope you are joking.
No i am not
