Part 1 is up now.
It shows a lot more about the game other than walking and hitting a tree- which is unfortunately what you do for the first 10-15 minutes of any game.
This shows us constructing a house together along the coast, scouting and fighting other players on the map- maybe you can find it in-game?

There are currently 10+ Jesters currently in Rust and I will be releasing videos on our progress every day. I've also got another 10+ Jesters that want to join Rust- but are currently waiting for alpha keys.
We've acknowledge that rust is in very early alpha, however we are amazed how fun the game is- especially as there are now 10+ in one house :)
There are lots of bugs in the game- i.e running through walls, holding two guns in one hand, but the game itself is incredibly fun to play. I've written a brief guide to surviving this game on our forums. (Keep in mind, the guide is written for our members)
+ First rule of Rust club: don't trust anyone- even if they say they appear friendly (bar jesters)
+ Second rule: Don't trust anyone (bar jesters)
+ kill anyone who is in your path and take all their shit- but don't actively hunt people. (bar jesters)
+ travel at night- its harder to see you
+ don't light flares, they attract attention
+ don't light a campfire
+ Reduce risk by killing everyone you see
+ If you are on your own, don't build your house on top of hill
+ Build your house on stilts with your door facing the top of the stair (currently people can walk through walls.)
+ Don't build a campfire out in the open. Light one inside or in a delve in the land- if you have no house and you completely have to.
+ Get a sleeping bag as soon as possible (you need 20 cloth). This will give you a spawn point rather than having to re spawn at the noob area. hunting animals will solve your food problem-
+ Don't go swimming
+ zombies can be surprisingly dangerous- if they don't kill you in two hits, they will hurt you and you will bleed out if you don't have a medpack
+ don't sprint up to a deer- walk to it and hit it over the head with an axe- or shoot it.
The Jesters have huge interest in this game and are looking forward to playing it in the future- the potential is enormous.

Too bad our village absolutely fucked one of your encampments up.
We do not tolerate bandits, hackers, or griefers. Stay out of our area, and stay away from us. We're not above walking over to your camp, and taking it by force if you are being disruptive.
I'm sure Chapi and U Lucky Man will agree when I say that we have the manpower to overthrow bases.

There are a surprising amount of friendly players.
Maybe it's because of where we are, but despite the piss-poor attempts at being raided, many friendly players come through our village area and go about their business without fear of being shot at or killed.
At some points we get paranoid due to a hacker, or persistent raiders, so we try to keep everyone out. But normally, we're very friendly and offer help to those who need it.

Too little fear kills you, too much fear drives you to banditry. You have to find a balance, and find a group who share a common goal.
By the way, you guys are bandit scum and we look forward to killing you.

Looking forward to you and your two friends coming to "overthrow" our 20+man operation. We kill everyone on sight and we are growing bored raiding all bases within a mile of us. It would be nice for someone (apart from hackers) to come and fight us rather than us having to travel.

not one of our settlements has been "fucked up" by anyone as far as i know
boredom drove us to banditry to be honest- well actually we were always kill on sight from the beginning- but we were never afraid.

And yeah, we're so Goddamn scared. 20+ man operation? Half your force don't even have keys.
We raid bandits for fun. And if you are driven to banditry because of boredom, I feel sorry for you and your group that your fun is contingent on killing other players and ruining their experience. The reason there are players who fear going off alone, or are driven to kill and steal from other players are because of scum like you. You have nothing better to do, so you do exactly other scrub bandits do and kill everyone else because you're "bored". Go fucking play GMod if you're bored and kill people there.
Our stronghold is to show players that being a dick doesn't always allow you to come out on top. I'm almost certain my kill count alone is higher than you bandits. And for me, it's all from raiding bandits and killing hackers. I don't need to kill innocents to get my enjoyment, there's enough douches out there to kill. Let me guess, you plebs are going to target our base and try to bring us down? I await the pleasure of putting a round between your eyes.
EDIT: By the way, we have no shortage of manpower. Bandits rarely team up, it's every man for yourself. For us, we accept when we can and I have quite a few older members on Steam who would be happy to kill some bandits. My Steam + TS consists of about 40-50 friendlies.

Badass gang over here. I wish I could throw more boxes at you. Maybe you can construct your next base with them? I mean, the community will probably give you enough boxes to live in a small town. And who exactly is in your group? No one ever talks about you except for how bad you guys are so I can only assume you are awful bandits.
You can't even be terrible correctly.
EDIT: Ahahaha, The Stalker is with you guys??? Yeah, it was your camp we raided. Him, and a couple other were with him. We killed them, took their stuff, destroyed the bags and left with our loot.

EDIT: Watching your videos. You guys are missing shit like research kits? Those are basic fucking things to have in groups. 3 or 4 of us have every item in the game researched from weapon parts to to grenades.

no joke, we've actually started to throw away pistols, flares, blueprints, weapons parts and research kits. The research kits aren't stackable and just use up space in storage. when you are in a team of 15-20 everyone quickly learns how to make everything so we end up throwing them away and just keeping one or two lying around. I would imagine that having a team of 50 blues- you would have experienced something similar..............

Are you fucking stupid? A member of your group asked that when you guys got a research kit if you could leave 1 gunpowder. This is in your latest video if I am not mistaken.
And if you want to talk about supplies, we need 2 people to log off with our firearms because of inventory limit. And that's just mine, and my friend's place. We aren't the people you want to get into a supply war with, since no one bothers us we spend 24/7 crafting and food lucking getting through 8 or 9 doors for one of our houses.
Also, throwing away supplies doesn't make you overstocked. It makes you seem like you have no idea how to organize, you pleb. I only see like 12 crates.

@Gvasdaz: Not at all my friend. I'm saying throwing shit away isn't a decent argument for being good. It has 0 merit, percisely because of what you said, being it's the way they play.
They are assuming that the way they play then, is impressive because they have "supplies to burn". I'm saying it doesn't make even the slightest bit of difference.
