Just a quick question for you guys. Does the game have to re-download all of the content each time I want to play it.. or am I just doing something wrong? Not trying to complain or be ungrateful or anything but it does take a while for me to grab all the files, for me at least. ( I tried looking already and didn't find an answer)

Having the same thing as well. It's normal, everyone has to do it every time they start the game.

It's not actually downloading. The game is checking what's downloaded and what's not.
