Strangely, I can look around with the mouse without any issue. It's all smooth until I press literally any key (even keys which aren't assigned to anything), which causes the game to freeze for a few seconds or in some cases up to around 30 seconds. While the video is frozen, the audio still works fine and I can hear people's footsteps. I'm running the game in fullscreen and tried turning down the graphical settings but the issue persists.
