when a crate is added to the game, the stuff inside it usually comes a few days after.

I bet valve contacted people about having their robo hat be in game. And that they are actually up on the workshop, but set to private.

Yeah, Fall crates started dropping a week before they were openable. And the Christmas crates also dropped some time earlier.

Oh well I guess Valve takes time preparing the models...

I wish I could have finished this map for the update. At least the robot spawn side is pretty much done now. Just made two gifs to show the difference from alpha to beta:

The wooden platforms on the cliff edge where the robots enter, they make you feel like you can jump onto them. it makes it worse that they are on the same level as you if you are on the bridge. You should remove the platform and raise the cliff above the player hight.

Hey! I played in that map on one of the MvM servers early on in Steampipe! You can jump on those wooden platforms where the robots fall as a scout and stay up there if you keep running against it. Just to let you know of a small issue. It was a fun map overall, though I rarely play MvM so I might not be the best judge.
