The dot from the laser sight is always 'on top' of everything

That includes with ironsights:


Even with holosights:


And even if it's someone else's laser sight (not shown: player aiming at ground)


To recreate, put a laser sight on a gun and aim at a wall (it's the easiest way to see it). Obviously not a very serious bug but it's annoying.
