That version is notoriously underwhelming and hated by both the fans and the creators. When people recommend Blade Runner they're almost always talking about the director's cut.
The Final Cut these days, anyway.

Blade Runner has still the best atmosphere, but it's already been told in this thread.
Throne of Blood by Akira Kurosawa has amazing atmosphere, but most of his films have amazing atmosphere as well.
