Nice! Now you just need a muzzle flash or something for the pistol.

    never use simple DoF again

the posing is somewhat stiff and unnatural too, and i smell a lack of fingerposing

    I used Super DoF.
These models have a broken FingerPosing and they're actually stiff so i couldn't do much with that.
Tried to make it look as best as it could.

Alright, bud, here's what you do for models with stiff skeletons.

Step 1: Get this. Besides being an amazing pack to use for HL2 pics, the skeleton it uses is fantastic for posing.
2: Find the location of the folder containing the stiff models. It'll be something like 'program files/steam/steamapps/USERNAME/garrysmod/garrysmod/addons'. It should be somewhere in there.
3: Find and replace the .phy file of the stiff models with a copy of a .phy from the civvie pack. It doesn't matter which one you use, so long as you rename it to whatever the previous .phy was named.

Bam. No more excuses for stiff ragdolls. Oh, and get used to posing here. You'll generally get better feedback as a new guy there than making your own threads.

doesn't this only work if the skeletons match?

I dare say it's better than most for a first go at it. As stated before, the DoF is a bit odd, and posing is stiff, but I like how you composed the scene to convey a sense of chaos.

Yes, but the vast majority of models out there use the Valve skeleton, which is what the civvie models are based off of. If it uses Valve's, it'll work.

and if it doesn't work, then just do the above but with one of these instead.
