I can't blame you, the CS:S dudes are a bit difficult to pose.

A bit stiff is a euphemism, your posing needs a lot of work. I've seen worse, but really what it comes down to is that you'll need a lot of practice to get natural looking poses. Still, you can spell so I think you're alright. I recommend posting in the "don't want to make a thread" topic for anything you don't spend more than an hour or two on if you make a lot of poses.

Keep practicing, you'll get better with time.
