They have mod tools over at the forums. The DOW2 sga archives are a bitch to find what you're looking for thou

Can't you ask fury_161? He and necrobard are the only one who has (to my knowledge) ported them (aside from nexus that is but that's another story)

Though when I think about it I'm not sure if fury was actually porting or just fixing other errors on them.

Edit2: When I take a closer look on the old thread a guy named Kartoffel also ported but couldn't rig the models.
