The pose itself isn't bad. A few tips next time:
- Pose it on a TF2 map, not a CS:S one
- Move away and zoom in with the camera instead of a close up shot
- Use HWM models for better faces.
Apart from that it's good.

I think it is pretty great and most of what I though would improve it have been said above. The only thing that I can think of would be that you play around with the post processing effects a little bit because otherwise it looks kind of boring. Other than that, it's great.
