The bloom hurts my eyes. You shouldn't make everything to have a rim-lighting since it sorta looks bad on non tf2 models except it's used right.

Also, this the colors in this picture don't fit with "Chernobyl" environment.

Everything is oversaturated. Have you ever been in eastern europe? Protip: every american thinks that eastern europe is gray and snowy. Desaturate the image to nearly black-n-white and add snow, so it'll look "reallistic". Like in COD4.

Yeah, Czech humor sucks, I know, but I was somehow (Don't ask me how) serious.
I don't really understand it. Who is saying that?
All I see are some 'Russian' soldiers and 'Delta Force' and a bunch of dead civilians.
And the Russians are not really aware of the Delta Force.
