    guise i was squatting yesterday and i woke up this morning with a weird feeling in my ankles

    like they feel kinda stiff but dont hurt or anything and i tried stretching them out but its still kinda stiff. it feels really awkward to walk

    what do :(
    sounds minor, just stretch your ankles, you probably have (like 90 percent of the population) bad ankle flexibility from not being used to squats.

    when I go atg I have issues trying to keep my chest up

    like even with a light weight my chest will lower a little and my balance will get all fukd

    well if it hurts you your doing something wrong, but if nothing hurts than you should be fine.



    however, if your problem is that bad I would reccomend highbar squats, it's literally impossible to not keep your chest up on those.

    probably a weak upper back due to a bad case of thoracic extension. here's what you need to do;

    stretch your thoracic.
    work on your upper back, which is done by pulling with your arms perpendicular and an upright torso (cable crossover kind of thing)
    brew some kind of ball, and jam it by laying and rolling on it inside your upper back muscles.

    give it a month of intense, everyday work and i bet you'll witness something you haven't before.
