god were cool
Fuckkkkk, following a nutrition plan is too much my ass, I'll just eat less than usual and try to get a decent amount of macro-nutrients.
You heard me right.
Its just too much trouble , I wouldn't say if I was some rich dude with no work or school but I happen to have 100% of my time taken by everything right now and I don't always have the money for my food.
js blo me 1 last kiss
ps no 1 in my weight training class knoes how 2 squat
lol lets do 315lb 1/8 squats!!!!!!!
except this 1 girl...she can only squat like 90 but GOT DAM SEEIN DAT ASS DROP TO THA FLO

so is escape from butcher bay. holy phuck this game is phuckin amazing, especially for being 8 years old. brb 8 years old and stills looks and plays better than 98 percent of the shit out there.
ill take that back if ur clean form is proper
seen 2 many faggits reverse curling the bb
What's the point of that bar? It looks so unnecessary and too much work to even load and unload.
Also managed to increase my bench to 5 reps of 75 kg even though I was up till 5 am playing age of empires and only managed a few hours sleep. I don't understand my body. I'm so glad my chest is getting stronger though, feels awesome.
This isn't really a weightlifting or bodybuilding question PER SE, however, it is still sort of relevant
the question being whether taking a weight gaining supplement would be a good idea for me. the reason i'm considering it is because i'm 18 years old, 5'10, but only 130 lbs and i look like a holocaust victim sometimes; you can see my ribs if i inhale and i am very thin. i would be looking to put on 10 - 15 or so lbs in either fat, muscle or a combination of both, by taking a weight gain supplement and also working out at the same time (as i already do anyway, its just that i cant really build muscle with a metabolism so high if i cant even put on fat)
is this a good idea or is this one of those things i think is a good idea but its actually a really really bad one
serious mass by optimum nutrition is a supplement that has over 1,200 calories per two spoonfuls which can be mixed in milk like any bodybuilding / protein supplement, and i feel like a glass or two per day would give me a big boost in gaining weight. what do you guys think?
don't waste your money on that shit
you might feel like you eat a lot but chances are you probably don't. seen this happen way too many times
just eat more
I also have an extremely fast metabolism and found it hard to put on weight. I use to weigh 65 kg at my current height. I've put on 20 kg since then just by eating a lot. All you have to do is keep eating even if you're full. Or just eat more frequently.
I honestly don't care much about spending money, and I'm doubting that some milk, peanut butter, and nesquik has 1,200 calories in two spoonfuls.
in spite of your attempts to popularize it as the most amazing shake ever, that is.
or you could rate me dumb and i suppose that would get your point across.
Unless you are going to tell me your work at a construction site for 8 hours a day pulling in and out beams made of pure steel, those calorie demands are just inaccurate.
give us an average day of eating.
I still don't know my exact caloric maintenance but I've literally been steady at 196.2 lbs the entire week weighting myself naked in the morning before eating anything on only about 2300-2400 calories a day and I'm 6' and 20 years old dude working out 6 times a week so if you can't gain weight on 2500-3000 calories, it's much more than just a fast metabolism.
It's Seith ;)
Stopped counting the calories, fuck this shit too time consuming. I just eat less and make sure I get a decent amount of proteins, carbs and fats down my throat in the food I eat.
at your bf just cut carbs and when you get to 15% start doing refeeds
Will do, I've got a decent grasp on lifting and shit since I've been doing that for a little less than 2 years but outside of the basic of nutritions like calories and macronutrients, I'm really new to nutrition.
watch matt ogus' videos, it will at least sum the practical part of nutrition.
weightlifting in physical education in school today, set a new personal record- 90 kg 1 rm benchpress, feels so damn good
managed to clean and jerk 77.5kg's today. feelin' fiiine!
Chest is sore as fuck, today is chest day, let's do it, I want something to fondle in the close future.
Who knows, maybe I have a medical problem. My entire family is this way too. We eat like average people and we are all incredibly thin.
also most of my friends weigh 150-175
man, 1 week off and chest day made my tits sore as fuck
brb plank day
i think I want to do Olympic Lifting now
i'm goin big
oly liftan master race
Awww yeahhhh motherfuck, I got myself a god damned treadmill, my garage is almost becoming an actual gym, got the dumb bells, pull up/dips/push up rack, got the punching bag, got a stationnary bike, now got the fucking treadmill, just missing the barbell modfok.
Oh yeah, also got the bench to do a few work outs on like DB press and stuff, just missing barbell and a rack for it or something.
Oh shit nigga, that treadmill is kickass, will help me heaps in shedding off that last layer of fat keeping me from being sexy and defined.
I'm dropping my work out to 3 times a week instead of 6 because this week has been killing me.
So I guess I'll use a day or two for cardio, should I go balls out anaerobic or just medium intensity?
I'd set that bitch to max and sprint like a mother fucker for like 20 - 30 sec intervals
tbh if i had one I'd probably just walk on it while i watch tv or something
