Sooooo a bit of a performance related question, should I have any trouble running the game with an intel core 2 duo, ati radeon 5850, and 4 gigs of ram?

I am a great tank driver

I think you'll be fine with those specs, but of course it depends on what C2D you've got. I can manage 1080p with high settings on a similar rig. The only issue I get is some random stuttering and I haven't yet managed to find a way to fix it.
Is there a Facepunch server running?
They all died.
I can run it with a core 2 duo, GTS 450, and 3gb of ram. If anything you're probably going to get better performance than me.
Wow, I didn't know Steinman still makes machinima. This should be awesome.
I am playing on PC
I just got a 9 kill with a well placed RPG shot

I think that's the main problem with Métro to be honest, people group up too much hoping to use teammates as cover. Causing people to fire explosives at the human clusterfuck that forms in every corridor.
Every time I've played Métro, I keep out of the way of groups of teammates. And unsurprisingly, I don't die from explosives on a regular basis. It's a fun map, a very linear map, but fun. As long as you stop bunching up with teammates for no real reason.
32 player Metro is actually p fun, though I still think it's a poorly designed map.
24 player Metro is even more fun.
I dunno, I play the game on PS3 and conquest Metro is still a massive imbalanced clusterfuck even with only 24 players.
Rush Metro on the other hand is good fun.
I love this so much, since the latest patch, I can't play at all, the mouse lag is so heavy it's like the mouse is stuck in some slow-motion, or it doesn't respond at all for some seconds... I had no problems like this at all at launch, what the hell did they do in these patches?
If I join the tide of players uselessly trying to throw grenades, spam shotguns/M320's in the halls on Op Metro, I find it annoying, and just one big point grabbing fest. But, if I play the game in a style that I like; flanking the enemy from behind, either at the bottom/top of the escalators or behind the opposing team in the halls, I find it good fun, but still getting me a decent amount of points.
le magazine
what, i can hardly get 60fps with those settings on a i7 920 + 560ti and also AA off
I'm baaaack.
I bet no one from the Battlefield V3 thread is still here.
Colour blind mode is truly awful.
I'm red green colour deficient and it makes it harder for me to play with it on
I think I was.
I'm not, but I'll say I was just so I can feel special.
Finally, its uploaded.
This was two matches of firestorm.

Daww thanks :3
Gah, I feel so bad when stealing people's vehicles
when I play kharg I'm always doing this
but it's enemy vehicles
they'll roll up in an ITV and the gunner's popping away and suddenly his ITV stops and he starts shooting in every direction
such an easy double kill
People on the same team though, like when they go out to repair
well you're probably better than them with the vehicle so whatever
Okay, thanks. I chose the song because it sounds a bit like an engine, and I thought it would fit well to the video. Might just be me, lol.
Well when I repair my vehicle I usually want someone to get in just to make sure no one else steals it/they cover me, just so long as they let me get in the driver seat after I'm done.
Haha, just played a round of TDM. I didn't know if we were winning or losing, but just before the end of the round I threw a grenade and someone happened to run right into it.
The round ended as the grenade exploded and the game displayed "YOUR TEAM HAS WON".
It was nice.
Are you guys tired of longass load times on vanilla maps?
WELL I HAVE FOUND THE SOLUTION GOD DAMN HOLY SHIT
(you'll need a 12+GB flash drive for this)
Download awxLink and install it
If the installer gets stuck at "finishing installing", force close it, open elevated command prompt and type
Regsvr32 "C:\Program Files\arniWORX\awxLink\awxLink.dll"
Now go to your BF3 directory, cut /Data/ and paste it onto your flash drive
Right click drag Data from your flash drive to BF3 directory again, select "create junction point here" from the context menu
Rename "Junction Point to Data" to just "Data"
Join a server and be amazed
My game used to load so slowly, that most of the time I missed the first two Rush objectives
After doing this, I load first
I'm not even kidding, it works THAT well
And I'm using a Kingston DataTraveler G3 16GB, which isn't even that fast
Edited:
Wow I'm getting rated dumb for trying to help people
my loading times aren't even that bad it takes about 10 seconds
Mine are on vanilla maps it takes like 4 minutes.
Well then you're lucky and/or have a good hard drive, my game took about two minutes to load, it was quite annoying
It doesn't take me more than 45 seconds to load any map on my laptop which has a 5400RPM drive
