    Well damn. I can understand it being set "off" by default because dragging corpses in the CoP maps would allow the "corpse-sled" tactic being massively abused but would've liked if it would have been possible to return to the game.

    This reminds me. What values should one change to modify iron sight alignment?
    I thought of trying to fix a couple worst offenders in SGM again. Last time I tried, nothing improved (nor did anything become worse, for that matter). Does changing iron sight alignment require you to start a new game for changes to come to effect?

    yeah those are the ironsight values

    and stalker has a dialogue editor paravin, it's in the SDK
    "polished"

    I guess that explains why no other fixes have surfaced. Well, either enable scopes on the weapon, or grin and bear it. I suppose you could give them all integrated scopes and make a scope texture from the ironsights, but that'd be ugly as fuck.

    -ignore that bit, I'm stupid- I'm playing on 4:3, yes. From what I can remember though, PPsh, FN l85 are virtually unusable, M16 is irritating but can fortunately take scopes, and the MP-5 Octopus shoots in line with the top of the front sight, but the front and rear sights aren't lined up.

    Yeah, overexposure is going to either inflate the hype to Misery levels which'll end up in a disappointment or kill the interest outright

    I guess some screenshots would indeed be nice. After all, I fondly remember drooling over the Way of the Wolf screenshots even if they were "just" Clear Sky levels converted to CoP.

    The problem is with mod exposure is that ones that aren't exposed enough don't get nearly enough attention (Redux, RMA) but the ones that are over-exposed are hyped to shit and end up being huge dissapointments (LURK, Misery, Complete, hopefully not Lost Alpha)

    ok so the murder video was rendered in the wrong format so it wasn't great quality, re-rendering now in 720p HD. i would do it in 1080p like the mag system video but it's like 3 minutes long so will be 600+MB if I do that, so only 123MB at 720p.
