That looks really good.. I'd be curious to see how you did that.. if you would be willing to share of course.

I would guess that you took the usual two pictures: one with the guy and one without.. then maybe another with a material applied.. then some clever brush work? and splicing of the three images?

My guess is just spam polygon select tool so it looks like this:

For all you curious cats out there, the method is pretty simple.
1. take your picture
2. take the same picture only remove the cloak transition object. (use static camera for this)
3. paste filled picture over empty picture in editing program
4. go nuts with eraser tool.
5. ???
6. Profit.

Nothing groundbreaking, but sure as hell it looks cool.
