Well, my 3rd or 4th Offical pose, tell me if I've improved please, and what I could/can do better next time.
Don't be hateful, just give me suggestions, and what I've messed up on, point me in the write direction please.

One thing is even if you cant play with AA (anti aliasing), do it when you take a picture because it's only one frame, so performance doesn't matter.
I don't know what that is.
I wont go into exactlly what aliasing is to begin with. But essentially, anti aliasing fixes this.
See those jagged edges? They look real ugly. But luckily, there is a cure!
Go into your options, and under the "video" tab, hit "advanced"
You will notice a box that says "Anti Aliasing". Turn this up as much as you can, and viola! Your edges will be fixed.
This will also help in that illusion of "Ultra quality images" that noobs keep refering to.

I'm feeling helpful, so have a double post.
This thread has many tutorials to help you touch up your images.

I think the most important tut on there is Chesty's rant on color theory. It doesnt teach you how to make images purdy and sexeh with the click of a button. It teaches you to keep a keen eye on the colors used in your pic.
But most of the important editing is done ingame. Work on your posing, and try to fill in the voids. Lots of empty space on the left. Touch up that lighting with something a little more interesting and you'll be good to go.

Oh, and another piece of advice. Try to pose something interesting. I cant really tell whats going on here. Did the guy kill that combine? Is that combine taking a nap? Try to tell a bit of a story. A one frame comic if you will.
And work on that title. "Meh. Could have done something better.V3"? Doesnt make me want to come in at all. Something like "Scene of the Crime" or "The Suited Hitman". You know, telling that story I was just talking about.
Try to tuck in their asses abit, generally this makes the picture and posing better.
Thank you.
