Second Screenie to go on Facepunch, And I don't have Photoshop, deal with it, Image resized to be bigger.
As far I am concerned the right side of the screenshot is empty.

Well even if you don't have photoshop there are some other alternatives such has gimp.
Here are some tips that are generally used to make your pictures better.

Try to zoom in with the camra tool, it lets you lose some unneeded space and lets you do some angles.

Its a bit too blurry for me to really notice anything, tune it down a bit.

and never use that effect explosion its just bad.

Never use the sharpen tool in Gmod, just don't.

Big city is also not that great of a map for posing unless you were planning to do some editing/scene building.

Posing seems pretty decent from what I'm actually able to see.

Think a little harder "Does this actually look like a game? If not, what woould make it better?"

This seems like a 5 minute job. Put more into it next time.

There's nothing of note or interest, or even just some clutter on the right side. Also, filter rape doesn't make things better

Can't tell much about the posing, but the composition of the picture itself is pretty bad, really empty looking.

"I don't have photoshop, deal with it" Isn't a viable excuse. Not having photoshop is not an excuse for producing a crappy image like this.
Get gimp and learn it.

You shouldn't have made it larger. That just makes image quality worse and most people will just have to use scrollbars to see your amazing HUD design.
