Use Fraps to Capture the video.
I copy some ideas from Mendelevius to make the Camera Shake while Driving.
1. Just Weld the Chair to the car
2. Put some Thruster behind the car
3. Sit on the chair and Capture the video with the camera tool while the car is movie
(: You shake the video with your own Mouse :)
