Because we don't use wooden handguards on RK-95's, or atleast what I remember.
However first versions of RK-60's had wooden handguard.

Because there's only one Finnish assault rifle that had a wooden handguard and that was RK-60's prototype, the actual RK-60 in fact had a plastic handguard. All the assault rifles in this country since that have had either plastic or composite handguards. One of the only rifles to have a variants with wooden handguards is M78 light machinegun.
