I'm afraid you spent a day too long on working on that movie. Retardation is losing it's humour in my opinion, it's been done so many times and especially on Garrys mod. In one part you've still got a hint up. Did you plan this at all as the video just seems like a compilation of you titting about.

Text in the beginning is way to long and boring to get someone that can voice act for you. Oh yeah and someone forgot to compress the video properly according to the quality. You forgot to disable steam messages and didn't bother to re-record it or just edit it out. Also more boring text.
Dont use the weird text effects looks unprofessional and stupid.
Okay so im 0:54 seconds in and still nothing has happened and this was just a boring intro or something.
This is the point where i just stop watching the video, it takes way to long before anything happens remember this isn't a spielberg movie this is just another machinima try to make it really fast phased you still need a lot of work, but yeah it's better than some other things posted here.

I very much disagree with that. A Metrocop has no face, per se. It's easy to set a metrocop in any situation, and what's wrong with retarded? DasBoSchitt gave me a few tips so I started out with this.
And, uh... as chuckle-inducing as his vids are, they're not the progenitors of the Retarded Gmod Machinima. Likewise, he was inspired by Idiots of Gmod.
The cheap text effect was supposed to make the video look even less professional than a completely amateur non-professional can possibly be (excuses excuses!).
Agreed, too many text sequences. Suppose it feels like the text drags out half the video itself, not the content of it?
Otherwise, yeah, I was quite careless with this with all them mistakes, but hey, mistakes made are mistakes to be learned from, right? :)
And BeAR!), I did no planning whatsoever. I just went from one thing to another. Hence the lack of sensibility, I suppose :D
Even so, I don't regret a single moment spent making it lost. I had fun anyway.

Not bad execution-wise, I guess, in the way it was animated. That was mostly alright. The skits/video as a whole, however, seemed to lack any coherent humor, which is the absolute foundation of these videos.
