It isn't the worst pose I've ever seen but there are a bunch of things you could improve on. For example the background is a tad boring and bare, but for now I'd just keep practicing your posing.

Also the overlay you added is a bit of an eye sore.

They wouldnt really be spetsnaz if they were using German and American weapons, let alone German and American World war 2 weapons.

Unless they were abandoned and left without supplies, I don't see the point of them using foreign weapons.

Good it or not, they actually do. Russian special forces have examples of almost any foreign weapons but in combat operators use russian ones. Moreover, they usually use russian equipment (depends on what are we talking about, FSB or Interior Forces). You should probably check out these videos for more information:
