It's not... bad, but it really doesn't deserve a thread.

Alright the standard thing for screenshots here,

1.Put your graphics on the highest setting before taking the screenshot.
2.Never use Gm_construct or Gm_flatgrass unless you are doing some heavy scenebuilding and most of the time keep TF2 characters in TF2 maps.
3.Zoom in with your camera and maybe change the angle abit, it just makes things look better.
4.Awesome lighting can make a great picture, use lamps and stuff even in a well lit place, it adds dynamic shadows to the scene.
5.Pose ragdolls realistically.

These are some basic things that you should try on your next attempt and you should be fine.
