The scenebuild is alright; I like the detail you created with the small pieces of debris on the road. However, some of the posing is odd, in particular;
The running rioters in the background look like they're limping.
The rioter with the baseball bat's torso is sticking out; you should tuck it in.
The bald rebeller jumping at the riot police shields also looks like he was posed standing, and then rotated 45 degrees.
Finally, the picture could do with some editing, and the camera should have been zoomed in.
