guy in front doesnt look like he has a good grip on his rifle, the stock is not tucked into his arm
The guy holding the other rifle in back is pointing it at the hazmat guys, Not very polite lol.
And theres nothing there to distinguish them as Russian, all text is english.

Well... They are in Russian Army uniforms, with Russian Army weaponry and there is a Russian flag on the one guys helmet, but yeah, they could totally be Indonesian for all we know.

3. If you don't suffer strabismus, you can notice that the angle between the hazmats and the point where he's arming is about 60 degrees

Well, Russia is selling weapons, tanks, uniforms, etc. to India, Iran (for example) - but theese guys on the picture doesn't really look like indians. More like slavic type.

well, the hazmats work directly with thedead bodies, they touch them etc.
It could be that the virus does not spread by airborne droplets, so you just need not to touch the infected to stay healthy.
