    HI, time to respond.

it IS a scenebuild. All props are either from the recently released Vietnam props OR Left 4 Dead 2.

    PICTURE TIME!!!

A little faceposing and some editing and this would be perfect. At least, from what I can tell.

Can you give us a link? I can't seem to find anything Vietnam-foliage related in the Model release section nor Gmod.org

the water I think is a refracting texture, which is what water uses, with a green tint and some foliage on top. Refer to this tutorial, http://www.tophattwaffle.com/?page_id=429

the foliage is from L4D2 and the water is from a tool called The Waterizer. i Place a large rectangle or square in the general construction place it and then BAM! its water and everything is no collide but nothing floats... :(

Damn, if it would have been a night time map that would look sick. Posing and the build is really nice.
